Keep track of your assets
A complete record is kept on every asset (biomedical, technical, computerised, etc.). This record contains information on vital statistics, such as technical characteristics, assigned operational units, equipment registry category, dimensions, related multimedia documents, hardware configuration (software version, add-in boards, etc.) and depreciation values. It also keeps track of historical data, including maintenance histories, status of materials, QSM register, and scheduled preventive and statutory maintenance inspections.
Mimic diagrams of your various networks (electricity, medical fluid, video, telephony, etc.) make it easy to prepare maintenance work and allow you to assess the consequences of problems on assets that use them.
CARL Source tracks readings (hr, kWh, m³, °F/°C, etc.) so that you can keep consumption low and set up predictive maintenance. It can be connected with your information systems (inspection, measuring, and test equipment, BMS, etc.) to automatically read values on meters or information from detected alarms.
The tree structure shows the spare parts list so that you can check available quantities, locate storage locations, and other important information. Each list of spare parts is updated to show the quantities of parts used to perform maintenance.
