A multi-site CMMS to enhance performance
Faced with heterogeneous maintenance practices at its sites, Auchan, via City FM Europe, launched an ambitious harmonization project in 2013. The aim: to deploy a single, multi-site, customizable CMMS interfaced with the group’s ERP.
CARL Source was chosen for its ergonomics, ease of use, powerful parameterization and ability to manage massive volumes of equipment and operations. The software also meets City FM’s City FM’s business requirements s business requirements: management of service provider contracts and 24/7 operational support.
Collaboration and large-scale deployment
Deployed on 800 sites at a steady rate of10 sites per week, the project is based on close collaboration between City FM Europe and CARL Software, with the development of customized functionalities. At the same time, an extensive training program has been put in place to ensure that field teams are fully on board.
