We want to make sure that our products really do contribute to the enhanced management of your activity; that’s why we created an extended range of support services.

Our team of experts commit to really listening to your needs and coming back rapidly with answers.
In fact, there are 3 levels of formal commitment:

  • Flash contract: response guaranteed in less than 1 hour.
  • Presence contract: previous level plus an on-site guarantee. As an option, systematic on-site consulting days can be included: you get training in new versions, and above all, you get regular feedback as to how you are running your software.
  • Gold contract: previous two levels plus 24/7 Hotline (in French).

All our contracts include a 24/24 online customer area where you can carry out a host of actions (support requests, knowledge base, downloads, personal storage space, etc.)
