To work alongside technicians, CARL Berger-Levrault has developed BL.RemoteAssist, a prototype of augmented remote assistance dedicated to maintenance workers. It enables them to be accompanied by experts, which improves the First-Time Fix rate, reduces the time needed to resolve a problem and cuts equipment downtime, while limiting the need for costly expert intervention.
