CARL’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, integrated with arcOpole’s GIS solution and implemented by O des Aravis, a local public company

BIM-EXPLOITATION

O des Aravis is a public company in charge of water management in the Aravis mountain range. It is closely involved in management of the small water cycle (water, sanitation, rainwater), and its goal is to manage water resources and assets using a full digital model.
In 2017, O des Aravis purchased the CARL Source Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and the arcOpole water and sanitation GIS solution, with the twofold objective of managing its networks and centralising all of the maintenance activities related to the technical equipment, piping and assets for which it is responsible.

This conference will illustrate the entire project process, from the integration of GIS and EAM within a single project, and the way in which the GIS and EAM tools were implemented, to the initial results and expectations as the CARL Source / ArcGis project goes live.

Speakers:
– O des Aravis: Charlène Favre, in charge of asset management and GIS, and Alexis Moutet, Technical Director.
– CARL/Berger-Levrault: Laurent Truscello, Product Marketing Manager.

Assets & Infrastructures: The benefits of the convergence of BIM, CMMS and GIS

BIM-EXPLOITATION
BIM-OPERATIONS: To improve your knowledge and control of your assets and infrastructure, CARL/Berger-Levrault proposes its CARL Maps solution, which incorporates maps published in ArcGIS into its CARL Source maintenance management system. The advent of BIM systems brings new opportunities and can provide a multi-scale view to suit technical departments’ needs.
This presentation will highlight the benefits of CARL Maps and focus on the new enhancements.

Speakers: CARL/Berger-Levrault: Laurent Truscello, Product Marketing Manager.
